Welcome to WWW Wednesdays! hosted bySam @ Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
The three Ws are: What are currently reading? What have you finished reading? What will you read next?
📚📚📚📚📚
What are you currently reading?
I had a bit of a book hangover last week so haven’t got much further with the Christie biography, Bono’s memoir or Run Rose Run. I was worried I might be in a reading slump so tried a few books until Lord Edgware Dies and The Shadows of Men now hooked me! I’m sure I’ll get back to the others soon. 😂
What have you finished reading?
The White Lady which gave me the book hangover, and two Agatha Christie short stories to stave off the potential reading slump!
Happy Shrug Day, Nicki. I have been in a bit of a slump too, today I just finished a Julia Kent book to have a laugh, it was refreshing. Happy Reading 😊
I hope Lord Edgware Dies will do the trick! I read that one not that long ago… I’m picking up another Agatha Christie soon as well, although I’m going for a stand-alone this time around with The Sittaford Mystery. I also want more Poirot soon with Death In The Clouds though!
I’m glad the Poirot stories got you out of that slump. You have quite a nice variety of books on the go right now. I am reading and/or listening to about 4 different ones right now as well. A change is as good as a break.
Hope you man

Hope you managed to avoid the reading slump! In the past, I’ve often turned to Christie books, when everything else failed to hold my attention.

Sometimes a change is just what’s needed! I’ve done my usual TWiB post as things look remarkably similar to this time last week… 😬

Hope the hangover doesn’t last too long – nothing worse than a long hangover, book or otherwise! X
