Happy Shrug Day, Nicki. I have been in a bit of a slump too, today I just finished a Julia Kent book to have a laugh, it was refreshing. Happy Reading ๐

Hope you managed to avoid the reading slump! In the past, I’ve often turned to Christie books, when everything else failed to hold my attention.

I think I have avoided it thanks. ๐

Sometimes a change is just what’s needed! I’ve done my usual TWiB post as things look remarkably similar to this time last week… ๐ฌ

I hope Lord Edgware Dies will do the trick! I read that one not that long ago… I’m picking up another Agatha Christie soon as well, although I’m going for a stand-alone this time around with The Sittaford Mystery. I also want more Poirot soon with Death In The Clouds though!

I loved Lord Edgeware, it definitely did the trick!

I’m glad the Poirot stories got you out of that slump. You have quite a nice variety of books on the go right now. I am reading and/or listening to about 4 different ones right now as well. A change is as good as a break.

Thanks! I’m not sure I have an absolute favourite yet, but I loved Lord Edgeware Dies, it was very clever!
