Sort of. But often Goodreads doesn’t feature the books I read so it isn’t accurate!!

I know the feeling and that’s what so good about being a Goodreads librarian. You can always message me if you want me to add a book for you. x

Thanks! I have added the odd one, but it takes ages!

I love goodreads for tracking my books! I also decided to use Story Graph for one year to compare them.

I tried Story Graph last year but didn’t find it as easy to use. I’ll be interested to know how you get on with it.

I’m just getting used to it. Felt very awkward at first. Some things I like: giving half stars, emotions, content warnings, graphs. But I really miss the feed and commenting and liking! I feel like I’m there all by myself!

I use Goodreads and have also been a member for over 10 years! It’s my primary resource for managing all of my books and reading activity. I rate and review every book I read and those activities source my blogging. I also belong to a number of groups, several i moderate and lead lots of group reads and book discussions.
Great post, Nicki💜

I don’t use Goodreads for tracking what I’ve read – I’ll post the occasional review there, but that’s it! I do all my tracking manually in a spreadsheet – it’s says a lot about me but it makes me happy! 😀

I had no idea you are a GR librarian! How does one become a GR librarian?

I asked! When I joined you could ask to be one via the librarians page, I think. I’m not sure how works these days!

Nicki I DO use Goodreads every day. I use it to house my TBR, keep track of review commitments and series information. I use the notes area to keep track of my pending blog tours and where I got the ARC.
I too am a Goodreads librarian and find myself merging titles almost every time I log on. I also like to ensure the series I’m looking at is complete.
I have written 732 reviews on Goodreads since I joined in October of 2010.

Fab post! I’d be lost without GoodReads keeping track of my books for me haha! x

I have been using Goodreads for 8 years this month. I would be lost without it. I keep track of so many things on it. I recently added my recommended by bloggers shelf where I can put books that I read about and want to read. I can also add who recommended it to me. There is a lot of flexibility, but of course it is not perfect, what is?

So true Carla. I’d really like there to be a listening to and a listen to button when adding audiobooks.

I only use Goodreads to add books but I don’t really use the progress button or comment on people’s books there. Sometimes you have to make choices.. I didn’t know you’re a GR librarian, so good to know, I discovered something new about you again 😉!

I don’t comment much either! 😀

I do use it for tracking books. As I buy so many books for my Kindle it makes it so much easier as they automatically link, I just have to add them and sort by genre. Remembering to add all other purchases is my problem. I joined in Oct 2011 so it will be my tenth year this year.
