Stacking The Shelves – 30/01/21 πŸ“šπŸ“šπŸ“š #StackingTheShelves #BookHaul

Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews & Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

  1. That’s a lot of books to get through!
A new book arrived in the post for me just yesterday – Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates. It’s the first book to arrive of those I have oredered as required reading for one of my semester 1 units I am studying. I’m not sure what the book is about, but it’s only 152 pages, so I can’t complain.

  2. Wow Nicki, I don’t think I have ever seen you haul this many in a week. I see a couple here that pique my interest. Off to Amazon to see what I can find.

      1. Hey, you don’t need any reason to get a good book, but bargains are hard to resist. When was your birthday Nicki?

      2. Happy Belated Birthday Nicki. Actually, I think I might have already wished you one, but I can’t remember.

  3. That is quite an impressive haul, Nicki! I considered downloading Far From the Madding Crowd when it was on sale recently, but I resisted the temptation. It seems like I have enough books to be getting on with (and when has that ever stopped anyone, I hear you asking. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜)

  4. I got Alice in Wonderland too. I’ve seen the film and read a number of adaptations but somehow I’d never read the original and I had a lot of fun with this audiobook. I loved the story and the narrator does a great job. Hope you enjoy it too, Nicki!
