Hosted by Cathy@746books The 20 Books of Summer is a reading challenge from 1 June to 1 September encouraging you to read up to 20 books from your TBR . Cathy herself admits that the rules are very slack and not to worry if you don’t manage to make it. Anyone is welcome to join in the challenge – just pick your 20 books (or 15, or 10) to read over the summer and write a post about them. Then sign up to the page on 746 Books on 1st June! The challenge will run from 1st June to 15 September 2020. You can share your lists and your progress on twitter using #20BooksofSummer

good luck!! finalising my list at the moment… and i’m sure there’ll be changes to that once I start haha! x

Best part about it. I’ve finished my list but I’m fairly certain it won’t stay the same 😂

Haha very true, we do share very similar reading tastes. I think my list is now done and I have The Flatshare on it, and the rest I have chosen from my NetGalley shelf as well as my own books. I seem to have 9 NetGalley that are past their publication day so I do need to prioritise them xx

Some of these are old NetGalleys xx

Great TBR! I’ve read and loved The Catch, Fifty Fifty, The Courier and The Flatshare of these. I hope you will enjoy all of them! xx

I have my eyes on several of these. I’d love to read and hear more about The Two Lives of Lydia Bird, In Five Years, Fifty Fifty, The Other Passenger and Magpie Lane. Great titles on your list that are totally my cup of tea as well! Happy reading Nicki… I’m sure you’ll nail this. I loved The Flatshare btw!!

Wonderful list! I particularly hope you enjoy The Great Darkness as I love this series. If you do, it does mean of course that you’re going to want to read the next two in the series, The Mathematical Bridge and The Night Raids. I’ve still to read the latter myself. Best of luck to all of us taking part 😁📚📚😁

These all look great Nicki! The only one I’ve read is Code Name Helene. It’s quite the page turner! I had to skim a few grisly passages though. Good luck!

Flat Share was so fun! I hope you enjoy it. I anxious to read Ariel Lawhon’s book, too. I liked Flight of Dreams so much.

I definitely want to do something like this more often throughout the year. It feels good to finish something that was… well… waiting after you for 5+ years on your shelves! 😛 Good luck, Nicki!
