I love seeing what gorillas you find each week. They are amazing. This week, my leg has healed enough that I can go back in the pool. I also went to a steak dinner at my church which was delicious, for a good cause and with very enjoyable company. I spent Friday with my two oldest grandchildren which is always wonderful. And I spent a day nesting – I baked over 200 cookies for the Downtown Mission and my church, baked zucchini bread and cooked a couple of chickens for casseroles and future dinners. Tonight I am going to a Michael Jackson tribute concert. All in all, a great week.

It really was. I love reflecting on the positives, it is a wonderful way to be thankful for the little things.

Hahaha that last point made me laugh, although it must have been terrifying being robbed by a seagull 😂.

I was more angry than terrified but my family thought it was funny! 😀
