Thursday’s Top 4: Books to Read in 2019

pink-thursdays-top-4

Top 4 Thursday is a bi-weekly meme hosted by Ally@Ally Writes Things.

This week’s topic is Books to Read in 2019

I’m participating in the 2019 When Are You Reading? and the 2019 Historical Fiction Reading Challenges and these are 4 books I’ve got lined up for them.

What do you think of my choices?
Which four books would you have chosen?

  1. The no 1 ladies detective agency series only gets better with every book (apart from a few in between).. But they are very differently awesome.:) Hope you enjoy them!!

  2. I never read anything by Kate Moss, but I know she’s pretty popular. I really enjoyed Becoming Bonnie, and that Searching for Grace Kelly looks really good. However, I’m going to say NO about the Alexander McCall Smith – I read only one of his #1 Ladies Detective Agency books (The Kalahari Typing School for Men) and never went back. Yeah, it was nice, but… there’s no… I don’t know… spice or oomph in the characters. Just left me cold, I’m afraid. (There are reviews of these two books on my blog.)
