Fantastic post lovely! Thank you so much for including my review xx
Thanks and you’re welcome xx
Thank you so much for adding my post! I’ll check out some of those other posts, they sound so interesting!
I read this 10.000 steps article from BBC, and it’s so interesting! My phone counts my steps and because I walk to work etc, it’s not that difficult to make it to 10.000 steps for me, but it doesn’t improve my health really, from what I could tell. But I recently joined the gym and even 7 minutes on a warm up on the bike does more for my heart than walking those steps, so I think the article was spot-on!
Thanks and you’re welcome 😊
Well, no, now that you mention it, I did not know Ireland has an Amish community. Fascinating. I’m off to read that article.
So glad you enjoyed my Thirteen review and added the book to your Goodreads shelf. 😘
You’re welcome and I hope you enjoy the article 😊
I did! I feel they need another name though. They’re not exactly the “true” Amish, are they? Bit cheating, really 😄
😂
Thanks for the mention 🙂
And no, I had no idea Ireland has an Amish community!
You’re welcome 😊
