Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. The topic this week is: Top Ten Favourite Books of 2017
This is going to be very hard as I’ve rated nearly 30 books as 5 star reads on Goodreads this year. I’ve chosen these particular books for the way they made me feel as I was caught up in them.
Recognise any of these and would they be on your list?
I’ve only read one of these and it WAS on my list until I removed in all my ruthlessness and now I want to add it back 😂

Which one was that then?

I haven’t read any of these, but I have The Hate U Give and Then She Was Gone on my TBR list!

Hope you enjoy them as much as I did when you get to them!

The Vanishing of Audrey Wilde was a close contender on my list but lost out in the preliminaries unfortunately. So many great books this year!

I realised that I should’ve included some other but like you say so many good books this year!

I’m surprised I liked it so much as it was a different type of read for me. Good luck with choosing yours!

The Hate U Give is one of the books I should have read this year but still haven’t. However, I haven’t heard a single soul not LOVING it, and I have no doubt that I should read it and enjoy as well. I love the spotlight it’s been getting, and all of the themes it touches upon interest me a lot. I shouldn’t postpone it anymore! IT IS GETTING DONE!

Wow, so many 5-star reads-sounds like a great reading year! I really enjoyed The Vanishing of Audrey Wilde/The Wildling Sisters too, and hope to read her first novel Black Rabbit Hall soon. The Uncommon Reader and THUG are also on my TBR.

“Then she was gone” and “The vanishing of Audrey Wilde” are on my TBR for review. I just didn’t get to them in 2017…. So many books, so little time….

30 books with a 5 star rating must make it very difficult to choose. I’ve just started thinking about my list but I’m not ready to share it yet :-). I haven’t read any books on your list but I’m still considering Genuine Fraud and Then She Was Gone. It’s no surprise that Jane Thynne is on your list.. I’d be surprised if she wasn’t on your list!

You’re right Jane Thynne definitely had to be on there. 😀
