#BookReview – Let It Out A Journey Through Journaling by Katie Dalebout

29778098Thanks to NetGalley and Hay House for the advanced copy.

I really enjoyed flicking through this book full of great ideas to kick start a journaling habit. Even the author is much younger than me, – she remembers using Facebook in high school – I was more than happy to learn some new tips from her. I’ve dabbled in writing diaries/journals for many years, but have never managed to make it into a daily habit. This will definitely help to me to start again and keep going for longer.
